
Howard has a proven track record in technical leadership, business growth, transformation strategy and account management in the marketing/advertising/media sector. His experience in the development and deployment of new generation integrated cross-media technology platforms spans 20+ years working with the world's largest Advertising Agencies and global brands.
Having been at the forefront of migrating his clients to a SaaS Platform workflow, in this fast moving sector, Howard is now embraces the challenges of the next generation of AI transformation as a key workstream of Pearce Media.
Until 2025 Howard was Managing Director, MCA Technologies for MurphyCobb & Associates, joining them in 2022, with the remit to expand the portfolio of their proprietary technology tools to drive production intelligence and to work with MCA’s client base to identify the right martec mix to support the fast changing world of integrated production workflows. Two new major production workflow platforms were delivered in the first 24 months, with all clients migrated.
MCA’s clients include: Comcast, Toyota, Mondelez, Reckitt, Adidas, Kellogg’s, Colgate-Palmolive, L’Oreal, Pepsico, BT, Molson Coors, Nomad Foods, Mars and Samsung.
Between 2015 - 2022 Howard was with Hogarth Worldwide, part of the WPP Group, as Head Of Professional Services overseeing the full technical cycle from customer relationship building, through pitch, scoping, implementation and BAU of their global DAM and workflow SaaS platforms.
Previously Howard was with Adstream. Founded in 2001, Adstream pioneered the delivery of broadcast and print content online to media owners. Now acquired by Extreme Reach they are digitally connected to all major Publishers and Broadcaster hubs globally.
Howard has also worked in high profile roles for some of the biggest media owners such as RTL, the UK’s Independent Radio Network, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, Virgin Radio, the Guardian Media Group (Smooth Radio), ITV, Viacom (VH1) and BSkyB (Sky Sports).
His substantial experience at various levels in the broadcast industry has seen him as a mainstream presenter, a producer of live ‘on-air’ content and a senior manager overseeing transmission output, station branding, scheduling and talent management. He has also been responsible for the introduction of new technologies and the development of on-line and new media platforms.
