Howard joined MurphyCobb Associates in 2022 as Managing Director, MCA Technologies with the remit to expand the portfolio of their proprietary online tools such as Control Room to drive advertising production intelligence and to work with MCA’s client base to identify the right Martec mix to support their integrated content production workflows.
MCA’s global clients include: Comcast, Mondelez, Reckitt Benckiser, Adidas, Kellogg’s, Mars, Colgate-Palmolive, L’Oreal, Pepsico, BT, Molson Coors, Nomad Foods, asos and Samsung.
For the previous 8 years Howard was with Hogarth Worldwide, part of the WPP Group, overseeing the full Professional Services cycle from customer relationship building, through pitch, scoping, implementation and BAU of their global DAM and workflow SaaS platforms.
This fast moving technology sector has become increasingly Cloud based and Howard has been at the forefront of migrating clients to a SaaS Platform workflow. With proven credentials in a senior leadership role responsible for the design, development and implementation of strategic plans Howard has gained extensive operations experience. He also has a successful track record of developing and growing new business and revenues across multiple business geographies, plus client facing expertise having built and maintained strong relationships with global brands and partners.
Howard's move into Cloud based technology was a natural progression from his work for some of the biggest media owners such as RTL, the UK's Independent Radio Network, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, Virgin Radio, the Guardian Media Group, ITV, Viacom and BSkyB.
His substantial experience at various high profile roles in the broadcast industry has seen him as a mainstream presenter of programmes for national/international networks, producer of live 'on-air' programme content and a senior manager overseeing transmission output, station branding, scheduling and talent management. He has also been responsible for the introduction of new technologies and the development of on-line and new media platforms.
Howard joined Hogarth Worldwide in 2015, working with WPP's global agency and brand network managing the tools that link their advertising production workflow through Hogarth's SaaS solutions including Zonza (DAM), FIDO (Workflow) and their global content production platform OCP.
Founded in 2001, Adstream pioneered the delivery of broadcast and print content online to media owners. Now acquired by Extreme Reach they are a global business, digitally connected to over 30,000+ publishers through their online print portal and to all major Broadcaster hubs globally.
